We typically recommend the retained search model when you need to fill highly specialized, confidential, or leadership level roles, typically Director to C-Suite. In this higher-touch service, we work in-unison with our clients on an exclusive basis for the duration of the search.

Our searches focus on passive talent — those candidates that are not actively looking for a new role. For that reason, a comprehensive retained search should take 90-120 days to complete. Throughout this process, we will work as a team to identify key milestones to keep us on target.
